A very nice job to the team today at RBRC! We won against Galacticos F.C.Cobra F.C. 5 - 4 Galacticos F.C.Tayib didn't show up so we had to ask
Amirul (
Sahrul's brother) to be our goalkeeper but eventually,
Omar switched positions with
Amirul so
Omar was our goalkeeper throughout the game. Honestly,
Omar did great in goalkeeping! He should be our goalkeeper, you know? Too bad
Nick wasn't there to see
Omar play. Our first scorer was
Zairul and then followed by
Harith Waie in the first half. In the second half, we were aided by two random guys who showed up because we didn't have any substitutes so they wanted to play with us. This.. guy, who was in white, scored the third goal and soon,
Amin scored the fourth. It was a tie and the clock was ticking. Only 22 minutes left till full time. At last,
Azrin put in the last goal, making it 5 for us. Both teams played very well. This is.. the first victory playing on the big field? Hahaha.

Guys, since we're going against Amin's brother's team, Galacticos F.C., please check that you're fit to play and not injured. So today the cobras went to balapan againts my brother police team. the kick off was at 4 30 . we played 5-3-2 formation . our keeper was faisal , ashif czin , the defenders was waie saiful , ashif , sahrul , omar & yusree , in the mid we have nick , haady & azrin , attackers was amin & zairul . in the 1st half we didnt play that well , well it was our first time againts a older team . they scored 1st & later then we equalise . thanks to a nice play from amin who pass the ball to zairul & finish it well . but then they got the 2nd goal. the 1st half ended and the score was 2 - 1 . they were leading. In the 2nd half we play quite well. we got the ball for a long time but to bad cant seem to find the ball at the back of the net. our attackers got offside to many times.. because the refree was buyers , so yeah . they scored their 3rd goal from range. so it was 3-1. they were suppose to have a penelty cause 1 of our players got hit by the ball to his hand. but lucky the refree was blind and didnt give the penelty. so the game ended 3-1 . not bad for us cause we didnt have our real keeper & most of our player cant come due to injury but overall we played well & got 1 goal thanks to zairul :D & the other play well to , keep it up. so our next game will be at football funday this sunday. so thats it :D

Cobra F.C.'s Biography
A group of friends who play soccer for the love of it. It all started with
Amin and
Harith Waie who were talking about
Galacticos F.C. (The SAS Seniors team in 2007) in the school's canteen so they decided to make a team too.
Harith Waie gave
Celtics as the team's name, but
Amin wanted it to sound as similar to
Galacticos so therefore, it was called
Celticose F.C. We had only a few players but not until we recruited players from other classes in our school. A few days later, it was announced that the team had become official. The first match was against
SAS F.C. but unfortunately, we lost. This is
Celticose F.C.'s emblem --
designed by Waie Saiful.
2 years later, as we recruited
Nick into the team, we made him our team captain and he planned to change the name. It was a choice between "Livestrong F.C." and "Cobra F.C." and since the latter had the most votes, we then we decided to go with majority. We started to have trainings and recruited even more players from our school and other schools. We were once temporarily coached by
Victor, a Singaporean Armed Forces recruit. Apparently, he left us because of personal problems back in Singapore.
"Once a Cobra, always a Cobra."
The motto was created by Amin Tamrin.
Cobra F.C. was established in the year 2009 with the man himself, Nicholaus Downs, as its original founder and creator. Unfortunately, he is not apart of the team anymore for he left us early in the year 2011.
We've participated in inter-school activities such as the
SAS Under-15 Futsal Tournament and
J.I.S. Football Funday 2008/9. We've also played some official matches. (i.e.
Omar Halim's Brother's police team and Galacticos F.C.)
